CODES OF CONDUCT/SERVICES PRACTICE
All jobs executed by us shall comply with internationally accepted codes of best practices. All specifications stipulated and contractual terms shall be strictly complied with. Necessary precautionary measures shall be taken by personnel to carry out all activities in a safe manner.
We believe that all accidents are preventable except those caused by natural forces. Change is the cause of hazards when not managed properly. We also recognize that human error plays a significant role in triggering accidents. Thus, our Management and Staff will co-operate and jointly ensure the following:

that Procedures issued for transactions and work must be straight to the point, unambiguous and must not be subject to several interpretations;
-
strict job supervision. Unwanted deviations are prohibited, and the urge to cut corners to get jobs done in the shortest possible time;
-
that the value of time in terms of money is respected. Nonetheless, no job is so vital or urgent that sufficient time cannot be allowed for it to be done safely;
-
that human error is reduced to the barest allowable limit. Therefore, attention will be focused on early detection, intervention, persuasion and guidance from experienced personnel and supervisors; and
-
consistent improvement in HSE is encouraged as per tasks and targets. 70% (seventy percent) improvement level is the minimum target.
